1. Digital Product Delivery Timeline
Instant Provisioning & Key Delivery:
Madeenan delivers digital products and API services **immediately upon successful payment**.
As soon as your payment is processed by Dodo Payments, our checkout system will redirect you back to a checkout success screen containing an account setup link to generate your one-time API key. We also email a copy of this secure activation link to your registered billing email address. No physical shipping is required.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to the Madeenan Billing portal (accessible via your dashboard or pricing links) powered by Dodo Payments, and select the cancellation option.
Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active, and you will retain access to your API limits until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Refund Policy
Because Madeenan provides instant digital activation and virtual API key access, we generally operate a **no-refund policy** for monthly subscriptions.
However, we want you to be fully satisfied. You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:
- Request Window: The refund request must be sent to us within **7 days** of the original payment transaction.
- Usage Threshold: The API key generated under the billing period must have consumed zero (0) or a negligible amount of query requests.
- Technical Issues: If you experienced severe platform downtime, API failures, or duplicate billing errors.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Indian Consumer Redressal & Disputes
In compliance with Indian Consumer Protection guidelines and e-commerce rules, we are dedicated to resolving any grievances quickly and transparently.
