إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُوا أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ٩٧
to Pharaoh and his supporters, but they followed Pharaoh’s orders, and Pharaoh’s orders were misguided
