Qur'an 18:59
وَتِلْكَ الْقُرَىٰ أَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ لَمَّا ظَلَمُوا وَجَعَلْنَا لِمَهْلِكِهِمْ مَوْعِدًا٥٩
[just like] the former communities We destroyed for doing wrong: We set an appointed time for their destruction
