Quran verse

وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفْئِدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا بِهِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَنَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ١١٠

We would make their hearts and their eyes turn away, just as they did not believe the first time, and leave them to flounder in their obstinacy
